Privacy Policy
Last reviewed: 19 June 2026
This policy explains how OutDesk — a trading name of Rajoka Limited — collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are (data controller)
The data controller is Rajoka Limited (company no. 12069067), trading as OutDesk, registered office 64b Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, England, B9 5QE. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@outdesk.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry form — name, company, email, phone (if you provide it), and the message you send.
- Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider — IP address, browser type, and request logs, used for security and to keep the site running.
- A theme preference stored locally in your browser (light/dark). This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry, scope work, and provide a quote — lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your enquiry — same basis (this is a transactional message, not marketing).
- To keep the website secure and operational — legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
- We do not use your enquiry details for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with (processors)
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (processes request logs and IP addresses).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the enquiry notification and your confirmation email.
We do not share your personal data with anyone else except where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK (in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards — the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as provided in each provider's data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. If the enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 24 months. If we work together, we keep records for the duration of the engagement and as long as required for legal and accounting obligations afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to erase your data, where applicable.
- Restrict or object to our processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@outdesk.uk. We respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
